It is perfect the way it is, but it would have been even more perfect if in the last panel Wally was saying: "Well, I guess Ted is entitled to HIS opinion."
I love Wally's face in the first frame. Hasn't Scott captured fake indignation perfectly?! I've seen that look in meetings - and it's the sure sign of someone BS'ing to deflect blame.
LOL @tyhill. What's funnier than the fact that 'obtusity' actually exists is that I tried to write a verb describing laughing quietly: sn-gg-r and that's the word that got turned into !$%*!$%* when the web site detected the bad 'n' word in there. Thanks for your comment - and you're right - office life is often repetitive. I hope your groundhog day ends spectacularly. Best...
@dog1962 You got a chuckle from me just by using the word obtusity. And, amen to your comment. After 37 kajillion strips, there is bound to be a little theme repetitiveness, but S.A. still manages to keep me coming back for more. Besides - office life IS repetitive. In fact, I'm pretty sure I'm living in Groundhog Day right now.
