They should change his title to: Preventer of Information Services and Network Technology so that the acronym will be PISANT.

I had the same trouble years ago,then i said "i am fine with it, i don't mind to work in a old machine, if the machine take so long for do a job then i have time to take a nap, after all, i don't work in the basis of pay by project". Then days after it, they purchased me a new machine.
