You should be thankful, Fryer, that "Leadership is not a popularity contest", since most people don't like being proselytized, and as a "leadership evangelist" you at least can point to your bizarre "calling" to preach to the unwashed leaders and say, "So THAT's why I'm so unpopular..."

This reminds me of the old joke from Soviet Russia: "they pretend to pay us, and we pretend to work." Dilbert pretends to write the report, and PHB pretends to be a leader.

Fryer, you really opened yourself up to ridicule here. I was going to comment on "leadership" from the strip, but "leadership evangelist" just takes the cake. Maybe you are one of the forces responsible for "management" dropping that nomenclature in favor of "leadership," which is so totally disgusting. Managers who can't manage and decide to call themselves leaders can't lead either!
