I once threw a finance guy out of my cubicle because he couldn't give a straight yes or no answer to anything without taking an hour to explain the non-essential details. But we also had a "CEO" who came by for a courtesy visit and at every cubicle asked his "underling" what that cubicle was used for, completely ignoring the "human resources" (s)he (I refuse to incriminate myself here) said were so important to the "company" and who never even got an introduction. Lasted 3 months, longer than most before getting a higher position.
