Hey, this immediately inspired me to discover a new management scheme: Hyper Dimensional Management! It's like matrix management, only with 3 or (many) more dimensions of hierarchies. The boss of all bosses will be at the origin, projecting his power up and down the various dimensions, hyperplanes and hyperspaces, while the underlings will populate the surrounding hydrosphere, being forced to take orders from, and having to report back, in every (un)imaginable direction. Call me the new Catbert!
