I was wondering why PHB was afraid to say 'No' whenever the browser asked him to install a toolbar. The only thing that comes to my mind is that PHB was probably browsing a site that was NSFW (Not Safe For Work) and he was worried that the website might 'expose' him somehow or set off an alarm on his PC...!
