Wally does a great job of delegating; passing the buck would be nothing for him and you have corporate lawyers for dodging lawsuits. All in all Wally would make a great CEO.

Ok, it's not much work but they have to handle such things as delegating, buck passing and lawsuit dodging. Too much work for Wally.
