It's not called "art" it's "craft" when you're making things like pottery and whittling spoons. She's trying to get a second date and Dilbert doesn't seem to want to go there. Perhaps she should suggest they watch "Ghost" as saywhatwhat mentioned.

Let's see now - Dilbert is portrayed as someone who longs for female companionship. The lady suggests doing something together, and that's the best response he can come up with? No wonder he's lonely!

My grandmother used to make pottery. She noticed that the pieces that tended to win prizes at shows were big, ugly, and useless. So she set out to make a big-ugly-useless piece. She won a prize for it.
