I always thought Catbert&Dogbert were the only smart ones in this strip. Now we discover that Catbert owned company stock???
I guess that leaves only Dogbert to carry the load.

I have to go with Catbert on this one; my first call, after talking to Wally (or PHB), would be to my stockbroker, telling him to "dump" my stock in that company.
