@Benthere I thought R&D AND Marketing went first, but your right they keep Sales.You'd think more companies would outsource HR... Oh that's right outsourcing doesn't work when those making the decision understand what is being outsourced.

This is a fantasy. Since when does American industry value us engineers; especially more than marketing people? Engineers are told they are dead weight overhead. Marketing people are prized because they contribute directly to quarterly sales revenues.
