Hunting season in NH. Small game season isn't too bad, but Turkey season, and Deer season are both PITAs and scarey. At least the residents have to go through a fairly thorough 2 day training class; but the reciprocity with out of state licensees leads to some bad close encounters.And we still have people like the PHB sneaking through the courses.

What's funny is my wife and I were talking about this situation yesterday. (Some radio show was talking about how horses and riders should stay out of hunting areas.)
