For example: In my country the company can make ( actually HAVE) polices that forbids you to use the rival company product even in your own time at home, they to the extend to forbid you to GO to places where the rival product is sold ( for ex: if you work for Coke, u cant consume in restaurant that sell Pepsi) sometimes they can reprehend you if they see you sitting in a table with someone consuming the rival´s product , ITS INSANE AND GOD DAMN ABUSE.
Another wining award policy is the one in witch the company gives you a cellphone ( if youre on lucky a crapy one) and FINE you if you happen to no answer the phone ( doesnt matter if youre on vacation, holiday or your day off).
The sad thing its when you see idiots accepting these abuses and even defending them as good things, making it so easy for the companies owns us

The wag of Dogbert's tail is the source of more inept policies for employees to follow....Policy Code# Id10t: Any employee that can read this policy; is fired for violation of the company's policy prohibiting the utilization of all independent thought during production hours.
