Re-reading this cartoon after almost a year... and I wonder why Dilbert just didn't look at his "cell phone". Or since it is Dilbert, you would think his "Smart Phone" would sense his need to know the time and tell him without being asked.
So this guy was going to talk for several hours to explain to Dilbert - who I assume is already well versed in this- that as it turns out time is relative and there's no real way to answer his question?
