Just like my boss. He cannot construct a coherent sentence in email.Some don't seem to get the turn-it-on/turn-it-off concept. If PHB *can* be clear, why *wasn't* he in his email? Why would he not use a skill he possesses in every communication? Dilbert see this as willfully choosing to turn that skill off. And with my boss as an example, he does willfully turn it off - by not thinking when using email. He deserves to be skewered by Dilbert.

We get these emails from users and they say one thing but mean another. We spend half the day wasted trying to decipher their request. "Can't you just read my mind in IT?" No, there's not an app for that. Not yet.

May be if PHB were to say "perhaps I can be clearer", then Dilbert would have responded differently.

Hilarious...I'm just suprised to see PHB taking some initiative for once to actually attempt to fix something.

This really reminds me of when we're being told that Obama wasn't getting his message across...perhaps that's why he keeps HIS hair cut so short, because it would otherwise turn up like Dilbert's chief nemesis.
