I love how companies will tell you not to be motivated by money, but want you to try to get the highest revenue possible. It's pretty much them saying they don't want you to think you deserve a raise but they still want you to make as much money for them as possible.

And then they turn around and run an incentive to give you more money.. which they don't want you to be motivated by in the first place.
