@Bill_BI agree something needs to be done. But if - "IF" - it's a real person posting the spam ads, Captcha won't filter them out.
Keeping these bozos out will likely take some real moderation by a real person.

What's with all the Chinese spam? Looks like we need to go to some sort of captcha system now.
