Seems out of character for Dogbert. After all, he likes to start Internet rumors, leveraging mass stupidity to accomplish some of his more nefarious goals. Maybe he just wants a bigger monitor. :)

This strip is so, so painfully true. I've found that if I want to maintain any scrap of faith in humanity or hope for the future of our species, I have to stay far away from the comment sections on news articles. It is also helpful towards my computer monitor if I'm not constantly putting my fist through it.
