Wally just turned himself into a consultant ... lots of "talk the talk" and very little "walk the walk". Isn't this pretty much what Wally is/was anyway?

The third frame is great. Dilbert really had NOT grasped the big picture! Wally's put down, with the arrogant sip of his coffee while doing it, is a classic.
