I always thought it was in eastern europe. Especially the way they dress with the tall fur hats. The name is closest to Albania. Don't know how wet they are but I believe they are the poorest country in Europe do to years of tyrannical rule by their communist dictator until about a decade ago. Estonia is supposed to be quite beautiful as are the other 2 baltic republics. So, I don't think that is the country elbonia represents.

Sure its a bad pun, but when you follow it up with a line like "...warm jacket and a rat hammer" you can hit me with all the puns you want.
