Perhaps they should meet with the guys at the computer shop where I live. Their policy is if you don't have time to do it right make the time and make up for it with the extra business the customers friends bring in. By the way we only have 1 computer shop instead of the 4 or 5 that we had about 10 years ago.

Ah yes, I remember it well. We had a saying in the software industry: If you don't have time to do it right, you can make the customer pay to fix it.
