In normal !$%*!$%*!$%*!$ this guy will be everything a web designer should not be; however, given that a) The product will probably sell worse if there is any specification or way for the customer to know what they're gettting into and b) any means short of first grade murder (and I'm not totally sure about that even) should be justifiable by the end, i.e escape that company.

I've never been called a "disrespectful, abusive "induhvidual" " before, I always thought I was intelligent and witty (albeit in an irreverant and often ironic sense) but this was obviously far from the truth. Thank you for pointing out the flaws in my self perception.
