This reminds me of Congress. Talk more about how the budget needs to be fixed and how it's all the other party's fault. The more they talk, the more it's really a later administration's and Congress's problem.
I actually really like this comic. It reveals the folly of many corporate thinkers in today's world. This is why a culture of centralization is generally bad.
