If you put together a project budget and don't include an adequate allowance for coffee expenses in the engineering portion, you're just asking to go over budget if Wally is on the project.

@geppie: A consultant would never refer to themselves as a slow learner. They would put an exaggerated positive spin on it, like:
"My forte is to fully assess and analyse all scenarios before prematurely embarking on implementation - and that makes me re-assuringly expensive - you get what you pay for: high cost, high value" :-)
