I once read about a military commander who always relegated new tasks to the laziest in the troop.
They would often find the most efficient way to get the task done.

I read once that smart people were in fact lazy - their brains find quick and easy ways to do things." - It's not lazyness, it's efficiency.

pmeisel - you could go to a place that makes custom plates, etc. and have them make the cup for you. There is a place in Salt Lake City called "Get Mugged" that does this. Insofar as Wally is concerned, perhaps he should be called "Wiley" instead as he is invariably snake fast with his retorts, and they never miss the mark, either...

Wally could have called it an "ear canal" rather than "ear hole" or "acoustic meatus." Mixing technical medical terms with terms that sound like a five-year-old would use sound funnier. (Note: I corrected your spelling of "acoustic meatus" because my spell check didn't like it. Sorry.)
