It wasn't called Work-Life anything where I worked. Policy was; (1) If your family was local then you can see them anytime, so you can work Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. If your family wasn't local then you had all holidays off (Strangely, this seemed to be applicable only to management). (2) If you work here you have no life, so you're On-Call 24/7. (3) REDACTED
