This reminded me of an occasion many, many years ago when I was a child. I saw a gas cylinder and, on it, was a warning - "Danger. Highly inflammable". I wondered then, if someone were to sell gas cylinders with a sign - "Safe gas. Non-inflammable" - how many people would buy them? I think I was born a cynic.
