What with this and Sunday's strip, I think the PHB is definitely getting more intelligent.
Could we be witnessing the demise of Wally. I hope not. He probably needs a holiday.
I'm shocked that the PHB was able to parse what Wally said. I would have expected something more like "good work; carry on" or some other complete misunderstanding. But instead, he actually understood. He really _is_ an alternate universe PHB.
Where does PHB's coffee cup go between frame one and two? We don't see his left hand, but if he has it in that hand and puts his hand down to his side, he has just dumped coffee all over his shoe.
Wally "shadows" Ted's project so the same thing occurs on both of their computers as it is being written by Ted. The Zen of Wally = I am not here and nothing is happening, and all is as it should be in the universe.....
