uhmm..Since when did adding beauracracy EVER increase the clarity of anything? Slow things down to an unproductive inefficient crawl yes.. but clarity?

Since 2 x 0 = 0 it could be concluded that both the clarity and the direction are both being doubled. Even tripling it wouldn't result in an improved level of comprehension... Zero will always equal zero, no matter how many times you multiply it.
