Instead of a ninja, I picture Wally as a Jedi doing the mind trick motion and saying something like, "I'm exceeding all expectations" -- then leaving for the day as the other guy stares blankly into space.

Dilbert demonstrates the martial arts side of the Zen of Wally - amazing the other employee actually saw it - usually they don't....
