@HamI know exactly what you mean. I've worked in Gov't Contracts for years, and there is no limit to the duties that may be assigned. I think they purposely assign more than they know you are capable of so that they can fail you on the performance review and not give you a raise.

Government Contractors follow the same principle. It's called "Other Duties as Assigned".
