But I believe Dilbert is not alone in doing this. There are many cubicles where this happens. Companies grow in size beyond certain stage, and then certain roles and jobs just become useless/redundant. Cubicle dance, cubicle yoga, cubicle meditation will start looking lot more productive and stimulating than the 'work'. Pen pushing isn't always easy!
