today strip is a old joke After the 50's nuclear fallout shelters only the Mormons kept ayears supply of food for the coming time of trouble. So just needed to where they lived and how well protected they were. In todays world even at Staples you can buy a survival box with 2 weeks of freeze dried food and water or we can go to Dilberts place before Alice gets there.

Dilbert knows better than to keep any written documentation of his "defensive weaponry"! I am surprised Alice allows herself to appear that naive.

I KNOW we're supposed to believe that Alice is suggesting that Dilbert can't stop her from coming in and mooching off of his supplies, but in my heart I'd LIKE to believe she's suggesting that they join together as she's topped off on a supply of defensive weaponry which Dilbert could use.
