I feel Dogbert indicating straight forward that the company can and should fund him, ....for later options.....I like that, it's not a joke, it's scratching at something like.....the truth.
Mordac seems oddly missing from this strip. Perhaps Mordac abuses tech-weenie power for the sake of tech-weenie-ness whereas Dogbert abuses power purely because he can.
