Creativity is an awesome thing. If you're a kindergarten teacher. In the corporate environment, it is stifled, twisted, and mangled beyond recognition. I'm pretty sure that's intentional on the part of Human Resources. Individuality is a complication they don't have the time or energy to deal with.

@GradivusYou must be one of those creative types; :-) the creative "condition" being a condition that engineers don't have or desire, and would like to be cured of it if possible.

I don't get the joke at all – or even the meaning of the punch line. "Cow tools" was more understandable.
