The way to handle an individual like PHB is actually very easy. We were taught it in the Marines and it works out here in the civilian extremely well. Keep your butt covered and give the boss enough rope to hang himself with. The key is the first part "KEEP YOUR BUTT COVERED". They won't last long unless you let them.
