The PHB has not changed her mind, so the scope project has been the same. Dilbert knows about his guess, but we need to add a new number in his language because 0 and 1 are not enough anymore...let's introduce the number 4, okay? 0,1, 0,1 --- yes sweet
0, 1, 0, 4 --- absolutely fabulous

This is totally different from where I work. We'll have meetings for months to PLAN a project only to throw it out the door when the actual work begins. Want to be a Sr Project Manager? Be as disorganized as you can and have a big ego. You'll go far.
