I think it's the engineers that won't let themselves gamble. The last time I went to Vegas I was with three other engineers. One guy dropped $20 into some Wheel of Fortune machine right by the entrance as we were leaving, and came out $30 ahead. That was it. There are better things to waste money on in Vegas; like girls, exotic sports cars, and automatic weapons.

I didn't think Las Vegas let engineers gamble. They know the math behind statistics too well.
