I think that the robot is channelling Alice up until the last strip, where it is channelling Wally.

@sittnickNo, the movie version of IRobot was about robots killing other robots to keep humans safe.
The only people the robots killed were people that tried to prevent the former from happening. This strip is more similar to Terminator, but in terminator it was a computer that was first threatened not a Robot. Which makes this strip totally original.
