@ kaffekupMeetings are arranged at 10 minutes intervals, apparently. There is no way for any meeting in this plane of existance to get past the pleasantries in 10 minutes, even if they get in time, a probability that is so small it's almost imaginary. The meeting is doomed far before it start and it's always the other guy's fault. Wally at his finest.
I'm liking this strip more and more I think about it; Wally read Catch 22 at age 3 and didn't understood what all the fuss was about.

Let me see if I have this right: Wally schedules meetings in such a way that nothing can be accomplished other than the appearance of a meeting, but not the reality of it. Brilliant. The Zen of Wally at its highest and most polished level.....
