Strips

I've had to deal with several 'Alices' in my previous managerial roles and I am appalled at the total unprofessionalism of these employees. It is completely in breach of the dignity at work policy to strike any superior and I have been very sharp in enforcing this policy. The likes of 'Alice' do not faze me, I expect and insist upon professional behavior at all times when in the work place and I expect my staff to conduct themselves properly when out of the office as well.
