Why bother. Where I work very very few get promotions and the rest get trivial reviews so they don't have to give them raises.

Well, I had to look up the word "nail it" in urban dictionary to understand this stripe well. But I'm glad I did it because this punch line is very funny and reminds me my own work experiences. Well done Scott :)

I've been doing a Dilbert performance review for some years, now. Just copy the same responses on the bit of paper from last time. The boss hasn't noticed.

Ah, the performance review. The only thing less honest than a Resume.

Most of my goals depend on what management do. So it is impossible to meet them. Some are purely management actions and outside my control.

So why does my raise depend on it?
