Aren't the early morning hours for checking personal e-mails and surfing the Web? As someone who is retired, as far as I'm concerned civilization begins at noon....

Two huddles (morning and afternoon), 2 P1/P2 calls (Employer and customer), weekly team meeting, daily <project name> meeting, Thursday change review meeting, 2 Change meetings (employer and customer to get changes approved) plus any miscellaneous meetings. Very little time to actually do any work.
