wolfy4661,There ARE more than two people running for president even though most info-tainment media industry outlets don't recognize that.
As for no-nonsense focus on the issues, at one time there was an idea floated as a reality show for candidates for the presidency in the "american idol" type format. The idea quickly died when the big money political machines got a hold of who ever was floating the idea- can't have free exposure to alternative political parties to the two big ones.
I did think that this wacky show would have generated alot of no nonsense ideas from folks traditionally not given any exposure at all by info-tainment industry...

My Boss who looks disturbingly like the pointy-haired one proudly told me heis rise to leader was inevitable as he has been tested as being in the top 95th percentile for his mental capability. Since he is in charge of a professional organisation, not a random selection of humanity, with nearly 2000 staff that makes him in the top several hundred! But I guess if he was smarter he'd not boast but could.
