When Wally gets through with Elbonia the meaning of the word "standards" will be completely lost. What happens in Elbonia, presumably stays there, unless the Elbonians decide to have a little visit with the PHB about the Zen of Wally....

It's not that it's necessarily legal but that it's not illegal. Society spends a lot of time saying what you can't do, until somebody decides that something you're doing, shouldn't be done... I think...

@Galestar & othersthese descriptive terms are obviously used very inconsistently across the globe.
here in Australia Liberal describes a right leaning conservative
there is nothing liberal (small l) about Liberals here

A libertarian is fiscally conservative and socially liberal. You can't be more specific than that because being a libertarian means you're free to believe whatever you want. If you have ten libertarians in a room and asked them all what they felt about a certain topic, you could easily get ten different answers and yet they'd all be from libertarians. That's why the so called "Libertarian Party" can't really be libertarian. Political parties generally relie on dogma that all members adhere to. Libertarians would never do that beyond the generalties mentioned. We believe everyone should have the right to do anything he or she wants to as long as it harms no one else.
