At least in Elbonia they don't fire the missiles from the Orphanage like some terrorists
like to do. The early missiles that the PLO used to fire into Israel, use to be like Elbonia's.
the missile would go anywhere including blowing up on the launcher. The question to ask is,
If the roof is ripped off three times by the missile launch how about a) moving the missile
launcher, b) moving the orphanage, or c: pointing the missile in the opposite direction.

hmmmmm, actually, the way I read it, it seems the Elbonian missile program fired off a total of three missiles that just happened to strike the orphanage roof each time. Of course, they were only one humdred yards away from the building, what are the odds ? Maybe the pride comes into play in that the missiles actually hit something each time ? Or the program set up the missile test for zero failure ?
