@EaglesQuestionsTrue. I recall the coffee that was spilled had been heated to something like 200 degrees, well beyond the temperature it is meant to be (obviously).

Wally in action, rare footage. Proof indeed that the training is needed! In Health Care we have posters and ppt presentations on Hand-Washing.

@HelmeetElGatoIf you're talking about the Liebeck v McDonald's coffee case,
I use to think (like most people) that that was a frivolous lawsuit,
until I had to go over the evidence for a Business & Law (required gen. ed.) class.
It was actually a lot more serious than everyone assumes. The lady had to have skin grafts.
