In the case of Dogbert. Money is more a power thing than an economical thing. He hates humanity, the more money he have the more can make humanity miserable. Including the rich members of humanity (as its shown here).
In other words, while he doesn't use money for luxury, he does have unlimited greed.
Alltough he is wasting time. He should be Campaign manager for Obama instead. That way he can make more people miserable with less effort.
Eaglesanonymous - if someone is driving a Mercedes, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti Veyron, etc. it's a pretty good bet they are in possession of some serious money. If they're driving a Taurus or a Fusion, no way to tell what's in their bank account. Wealthy women often have costume jewelry made to match the real stuff they own so getting ripped off isn't so bad when it happens. The smart money is always quiet money....
