I see that a Welsh venture capitalist has just given £75,000,000 to fund scholarships at Oxford University for the UK’s poorest bright students. I guess venture capitalists know about making money, and this one at any rate understands the importance of good education. Still, because the Venture Capitalist in today's strip isn't an engineer, we are supposed to think he is an idiot. Ho ho ho.

There is the misconception that you must be dumb in order to get scammed.The truth is that a person needs a certain amount of intelligence in order to get scammed. Just enough intelligence to be greedy. No greed, no scam.
