At lunch one day, one of my co-workers launched into a long description of an event that occurred during a recent round of golf. Not being a golfer, I let him finish his story and responded, "I know you're speaking English and while I understood each individual word, I haven't the slightest clue what you just said."

Frankly, I didn't understand what PHB said until I read RxF's comment. All the same, it is difficult for me to believe PHB could utter such ultra-esoteric jargon.
I have come across a variation in my institute, where many of my colleagues (from various various regions of India with different languages and dialects) would often slip into their own dialects, even while discussing purely scientific matters. This habit is particularly common among Punjabis and Bengalis, but the boss would start talking in Bhojpuri, a dialect of Hindi. But no one cared, because nothing that we discussed was of any importance whatsoever.
