Dogbert giving morality lessons?

I don't really believe is an issue of morality. Is more of an issue of empathy.

This CEO is a psychopath (not to be confused with a sadist or with a narcissist). He is not able to change.

Psychopaths does not have the necessary wiring in their brain to be able to feel empathy (can be by birth or a disease). Thereof all their decisions are based on what they think is best for themselves. Everyone else is irrelevant. Empathy is an alien concept, and thereof, in the eyes of the psychopath, people that feel empathy are dumb prey.

In a world in which the economy is based on greed and admiration of those who are greedy, is a huge advantage to be a psychopath. Specially since they learn to simulate empathy when it suits their needs.

The only hope for Dilberts company is to change the CEO for a bag of moss. At least everyone would know where it stands.

This morality test would never work, because the most immoral (or amoral, really), people have no qualms about telling you exactly what you want to hear. That's why they mostly end up in politics.

You've got to admire the CEO and his willingness to adopt new technologies.
